Shipping Information

Please include a purchase order with the units to be repaired and also include model and serial numbers with each unit. Any special instructions, prints, manuals, hook up information or specific information regarding the symptoms related to your units' failure would also be helpful.
Please include the name, telephone number, e-mail, fax and all other information regarding the contact person.

Standard Intervals and Turnaround Times*
|
Units are normally checked in and inspected within 24 hours of receipt.
Evaluations are normally completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Quotes are normally provided within 48 hours of receipt.
Standard turnaround times are less than one week from approval.

Rush Service
|
Rush service is available for many of the units that we repair. Should you
require rush service, please notify us in advance by telephone, fax or e-mail
to ensure that your unit receives priority attention.
Rush orders will be prioritized and priority charges may apply.

Status Information
|
Many of our customers send multiple units to us on a weekly basis and
benefit from regular status reports regarding their units.
These reports are avalible via fax, email, or here at our web site via

Customer Log In.

*Evaluation includes verification of the availability of an appropriate
load test, availability of necessary documentation and identification of
proprietary or hard to find components. Upon evaluation, should any of these
issues have a potential impact on our standard intervals, you will be notified
and options will be presented as is appropriate.
