The units are visually inspected upon receipt by a technician. After check in, your units are thoroughly cleaned. Our extensive database will be checked for history and on-site documentation. Suspect and date sensitive components will be replaced. You will receive a written repair report with each unit. Testing All units repaired at our facility are tested to the fullest extent possible in order to meet our stringent quality standards and to ensure reliable repairs for you. In addition to component level testing, the following tools and approaches are used to test your unit upon the completion of a repair: Dozens of motors on hand for load testing of drives. Control systems for load testing of control modules. Fully functional units on hand for comparison testing of your unit. Several IC reading devices to test for appropriate software loads. PC based test systems that are used as is appropriate. Stand alone controllers for live testing of many units. Thousands of OEM test documents, manuals and test parameters. Custom designed test stands for unique testing applications. Quality Components Only the highest quality components are used in the repair of your unit. OEM specifications, along with our experience guide our decisions regarding component vendor selection. As part of our standard repair service, all electrolytic and date sensitive components are replaced. This further ensures our confidence in the quality of your repair.
