Turnaround Our turnaround times are among the fastest in the industry. Barring mitigating circumstances, you should expect units to be shipped to you within 5 working days after we receive your approval to proceed with repair. Mitigating circumstances may include: lead times on difficult to acquire components, difficulty or delay in acquiring technical information, associated components required for load testing, or the need to develop specialized testing for your unit. Payment Terms Net 30 day terms for established customers. New customers will receive net 30 with approved credit and an approved purchase order. We also accept Visa and Mastercard. Freight All incoming packages can be shipped by the carrier of your choice. Standard delivery on outgoing packages will be shipped by via UPS with freight prepaid and added. Should you prefer another carrier or have special freight billing arrangements please notify us. Warranty Qualtech Services warrants replaced parts and workmanship for a period of up to 15 months from the date of shipment from our facility. In the unlikely event that a unit repaired by us should fail due to a warranty condition, simply send the unit to us and we will perform an immediate evaluation.   Should you authorize an outsource repair, we will only use OEM or OEM certified facilities. In those cases where an OEM outsourced repair is authorized, the OEM repair warranty will be passed along to you.   Unauthorized tampering and failures due to an act of God, improper operation, mishandling, or misapplication may void the QualTech Services warranty. Rush Service Rush service is available for many of the units that we repair. Please notify us by telephone, fax or e-mail prior to shipping to us, or clearly note RUSH on your purchase order. RUSH orders will be prioritized and priority charges may apply. Evaluation There is no charge to evaluate any unit for repair, except in unique cases where prior arrangements are made for that particular service. Quotes Quotations provided by QualTech Services, Inc. are valid for 90 days and are subject to parts availability. Exclusions QualTech Services reserves the right to return a unit, if in its sole opinion a unit is deemed non-repairable. In such cases the unit will be returned to the customer free of charge.
